A French group based in Melun, France. Formed in the mid 1980s, and fronted by Yvon Million. Neutral Project released a handful of cassette and CD releases until the mid nineties. Line up: Dominique Oudiou (guitar/keyboard), Yvon Million (voice/keyboard/bass), Kristian Dernoncourt (bass). The band began as a two piece, and expanded to a three-piece outfit in 1991.
