Fabio McNamara (AKA Fanny McNamara) is a Spanish artist, singer, and actor. He was part of the alternative subculture movement La Movida in Spain during the 1980s.

He appeared in several of director Pedro Almodovar's early films, usually as himself, and usually under the influence of one or more drugs.
