Boogat is a brilliant MC who constantly reinvents himself with his prolific discography and a unique artistic approach. With his album "El Dorado Sunset'', Boogat was embraced by the general public in Quebec. He won two Félix at the industry gala L'ADISQ for that record for Best World Music album and Best Producer of the Year. He has opened for Nortec Collective, Quantic, Gilles Peterson and Chromeo between others. Boogat also has earned international recognition mainly in Mexico and the United States where tours and festival appearances have increased significantly since 2013. Some of his songs have also made their way to Hollywood, including placements in blockbusters like the TV series “Homeland” and the film “The Forger”' with John Travolta.
