    What music gets you on your feet? Make us a mix that is built to move. Interpret the theme however you choose; whether in the club or under the stars, we want to hear mixes that explore rhythm and dancing in all its wonder.

  2. MAKE YOUR MIX

    Whether it's Acid or Zouk, techno or tonada, all genres and all styles are welcome. We love to be surprised and informed by your taste - just make your mix 60 minutes.

  3. SEND US YOUR MIX

    Submit your mix by 23:59 BST on 22nd July 2026 for review by the NTS programming team.

  4. HEAR IT ON NTS

    A selection of Dancing mixes will be broadcast and archived on NTS in September.
