Before 2009, this was the more "Hands Up" Trance pseudonym of German Trance producer Alex Megane. In 2009 he changed the "Alex M-style" to House and Electro House.
Alex M. aka Alex Megane (Axel Jäger) has been an integral part of the dance scene for many years. As Alex Megane in the hands-up segment, he and his alter ego Alex M. have been delighting house fans since 2005. Already with his first release "Strong!" Alex managed to make himself heard and created a production that found and still finds worldwide attention. With his second single "So Free" he was able to continue his success and it wasn't long before he conjured up a real club burner with "I Can't Stand It" in 2006.
This number proved to be a milestone on the commercial house/club scene, as the hook's unique playing style paved the way for many productions to follow that are only now being produced. The fourth single finally convinced the house fans completely - Passion (Nasty Rhythm) managed to take first place in Germany's largest online music shop Musicload at Dance Verk to fix runs - as long as hardly any other production ever! With that, Alex established himself in the minds of today's house and dance fans. With his current single "Let The Music Play" Alex once again shows his versatility and once again conjures up the finest commercial house beats for the dance floor and radio!
At the same time, he released his first album in December 2009, which contains all the hits and countless new productions. This will be available from December 11th, 2009 in all well-assorted download shops - and will surely convince many more music lovers of Alex M.! Great things are already in the offing for 2010 - Alex M. is going full throttle - so Let The Music Play!
