Thergothon has been played on NTS in shows including Guitar World: 1990-2001, featured first on 29 November 2020. Songs played include Everlasting, The Unknown Kadeth In The Cold Waste and Yet The Watchers Guard.

Thergothon were a Finnish funeral doom band. Along with other acts like dISEMBOWELMENT, Skepticism, Mordor (Che), Lord of Putrefaction and Winter they pioneered the style in the early 1990's and influenced many of the bands that came afterwards and developed the style further.
