Psychic Hotline has been played on NTS in shows including Wiggly World w/ Heaty, featured first on 26 April 2021. Songs played include Call Me, Walking and Spider Queen.

1) Psychic Hotline combines past and present members of Sleeping Pilot, The Death March Volunteers, Les Allumettes, and Robot Kill City. Guitarists/vocalists Amy Brander and Jordanna Marchand are the band’s founding members, who joined musical forces in July of 2007. Shortly after, bassist/vocalist Scott Birdwise and drummer Jason Rasia were enlisted. Psychic Hotline creates music that is dynamic and inspired, blending a combination of seemingly oppositional elements to realize their unique sound: they are arty, yet tangible; melodic, yet animated; intricate, yet simple; dark, yet vibrant; heavy, yet accessible. The band made its debut performance in the Ottawa music scene in September 2007, with Quebexico (R.I.P.) and DD/MM/YYYY. Currently, Psychic Hotline have two demo tracks recorded, both of which can be heard at www.myspace.com/psychichotlineband.

2) Solo project of Ruth Mascelli, member of New Orleans-based punk band Special Interest.
