Alëem

Alëem

Alëem has been played on NTS shows including Moxie , with I Just Want 2 Let U Know (Casas Baratas Mix) first played on 18 August 2021.

Alëem is a parisian duo (De Pompidou & Professor OZ). In 1994 the band released its first tracks including the acclaimed "Felix yo!").

The public was immediately very receptive to their sound : indeed how can't you like their house music, whether it is deep, dubby, reggae or definitely dance-floor oriented. Alëem quickly becomes one of the leaders on the french electronic scene before the “french touch” craze.

Talking about their first album, the press is unanimous : Alëem’s sound is “subtle, powerful, nonchalant”. And Pete Tong himself chooses the “Filtri organi” for his M.O.S. annual II compilation.

Due to an overwhelming public demand, the Alëem duo decided to re-release their blockbuster maxi “Filtri organi”. Apart from the now famous original track, the 12” includes brand new and exclusive remixes by the Alëem themselves and the Serial Record crew . And the duo has already started working on their new album, after producing the Seven Dub and Stéphane Malca’s lps.
