Formed in 1987 while the members were attending university in Toyko, Fishmans have had a long, unpredictable trip through the music industry, and have technically never offically retired the band, despite the tragic passing of their vocalist Shinji Sato in 1999. Drummer Kin-Ichi Motegi keeps the spirit of Fishmans - and their legacy of seminal, inventive psychedelic rock and dream pop - alive. Mixed and compiled by Enharmonics & friends.

It's Mule O'Clock for NTS, as Nigerian afrobeat legend DJ YK Mule steps into the London studio.

Bizzy Banks

Bizzy Banks

Bizzy Banks has been played on NTS in shows including Back on Road, featured first on 25 September 2020. Songs played include Whole Lotta Wickery, Wockhardt and Extra Sturdy.

Born Majesty Moses, (October 24, 1998) the Trinidadian-American describes his sound as "aggressive, vivid and raw," fueled by the harsh realities he faced growing up in the Brooklyn neighborhood of East New York.

He has fast proven to be one of the most important voices in the increasingly influential Brooklyn drill scene, with an infectious sound and distinctive lyrical approach that earning him the respect of such acclaimed rappers such as the late, great Pop Smoke.

Inspired by his older brother as well as such iconic rappers as Lil Wayne, Chief Keef, and G Herbo, Bizzy began writing and recording his own powerful freestyles. The talented teenager - who took his name from childhood friends finding him reminiscent of an older kid in the area, nicknaming him "Bizzy," in combination with an admiration for battle-rap legend Lloyd Banks - soon unleashed a series of stellar singles, including "Don't Start," "Ready or Not," and "30," earning him widespread national attention and millions of YouTube views thus far. The 22-year-old rapper was also listed as #10 on Rolling Stone's Breakthrough list of 2020, along with being named as one of Audiomack's bubbling artists.

After releasing his acclaimed debut mixtape, "G.M.T.O. (Get Money Take Over) Vol. 1." in September 2020 with a slew of new highlighted singles ("Top 5," "Extra Sturdy," and "Movies”), Bizzy is gearing up to release his next mixtape later this summer.
