Artificial Heart has been played on NTS shows including Fractal Meat On A Spongy Bone, with Flow first played on 2 October 2015.

Artificial Heart is a 5-piece metal/hardcore outfit from Tuusula, Finland which was originally formed in the late 2008 but been active with the current lineup since 2009 when vocalist Matias Jyläskoski joined the band. Their music is aggressive and melancholic modern metal mixed up with some hardcore elements and catchy clean sung choruses.

Artificial Heart has released two promotional EP’s, “Deliverance” in 7/2010 and the latest “Broken Bones & Buried Dreams” in 4/2011. Quickly after the release of “Deliverance” EP, they’ve started to gain some attention in- and outside the borders of Finland.

In winter 2010/2011 they were chosen out of 250 bands to the finals of the Suomi Metal Star 2011 contest, arranged by Century Media Records Ltd and in July 1st the band also warmed up August Burns Red in Nosturi, Helsinki.

Artificial Heart released their debut full-length album in the late 2012 via Spinefarm Records.
