Desto has been played on NTS in shows including Circadian Rhythms w/ LAST JAPAN, ESCHA, MIDWIFE & AUSSCHUSS, featured first on 30 July 2012. Songs played include No Sleep, Beacon and Cool Down The Dance.

Destinee Govan, known by her stage name, Desto, also known as LottaCash Desto, was an up-and-coming female rapper from Memphis, Tennessee, born on September 12th, 1997. She was a friend of rapper, Lil Uzi Vert, and was able to make a few songs with them before her passing. She died shortly after posting a selfie of herself on September 24, 2022. She was killed in an armed robbery.

Lil Uzi Vert has came forward and said they spent $200,000 on making sure she had a good funeral for her and her family.

Desto is a Helsinki-based electronic music artist and DJ. His music mainly draws from dubstep, hiphop, 2-step garage, jungle, computer games and 90's Warp label stuff. Since 2008 he has released 12" singles and EPs on labels such as Ramp Recordings, Noppa and Argon Records and gained support from DJs such as Blackdown (Rinse FM, Pitchfork, UK) and Oneman (Rinse FM, 502 Records, UK). Desto runs two dubstep nights, "Slam It!" and "Theory" in Helsinki with colleagues Dead-O and Tes La Rok and has a bi-weekly radio show on Finnish FM station Basso Radio with Tes La Rok. In the last few years Desto has played DJ sets in Bristol, New York, Shanghai and Barcelona and on radio stations such as Rinse FM and Sub FM.

Originally Desto started dabbling with electronic music in '93 with tracker software. Early influences include Kraftwerk, Commodore 64 game soundtracks and UK electronic music of the time.
