Mexican record label, Naafi, settle in at NTS for a showcase of the weirdest experimentations in club culture that have bubbled to the surface of Soundcloud. Dazed rhythms converging into Jersey stutters, and tumblr-era trap for two straight hours on a Monday.
Fresh off of a European tour in celebration of their brand new album titled "Nothing Is My Favorite Thing", Swarvy and Nappy Nina present a two hour sonic journey for this months installment of Rap Vacation Radio. Their album is now available worldwide on all streaming platforms and on limited edition vinyl via Lucid Haus.

PATCHES are a Melbourne band who combine elements of indie and rock to create great contemporary pop music.
Led by Scottish songwriter Iain Wallace, PATCHES are influenced by the dark emotional ballads of Roy Orbison, soft vocal melodies of Jose Gonzalez and the elegant arrangements of Lennon and McCartney. “Beautiful voice, nice arrangements… This'll do nicely on a rainy day.” (Stacy Gougoulis, Triple J)
Debut EP sour fruit was recorded at Circal Studios in Preston with Damien Sutton (The Bon Scotts) and mastered by Adam Dempsey at Jack the Bear’s Deluxe Mastering in Brunswick. The EP will be available to download via Bandcamp from May 16th in conjunction with the release of the video for their first single Chrysanthemum.
“PATCHES are the culmination of years of living through life’s exhilarating and complex ups and downs,” Iain states. “I’ve been holed up in my bedroom writing these songs since the turn of the century so it feels so great to have found an incredible band of people that can create the sound I hear in my head and carry it to the stage. It’s been an incredible cathartic and creative process and this release is something we’re super proud of. We are recording our follow up EP in May and can’t wait to return to the studio.”
