Malaaz has been played on NTS in shows including The Early Bird Show w/ PAM, featured first on 4 July 2022. Songs played include Lélé.

Malaaz is an Alternative rock band formed in 2014 by Mohamed Abdelrazik (Guitarist, Composer and lyrics writer) with his friend Amr Beshr (Lead Guitarist) who share the same passion for Rock and Metal music , they have already known each other since 2012 when Mohamed introduced him to an old band with the same background , the band main focus is to introduce alternative rock and hard rock into Arabic lyrics in an acceptable way which can be heard by anyone regardless of their musical background or taste.

Later on Maged Amer (Vocalist) started rehearsing with them on a regular basis with the former bassist and former drummer during 2014 , at the end of 2014 Moataz El Nashar (Bassist) joined the band and at the beginning of 2015 AJ El Gohary (Drummer) joined to complete the final line up of Malaaz.
