Flash Atkins has been played on NTS in shows including Secretsundaze, featured first on 18 October 2012. Songs played include Did You Forget To Shine? (Paper Cuts Edit), Summer Of Love - (The Emperor Machine Mix) and Levenshulme Orphanage For Boys.

Flash Atkins is a super hero who had his gravy days in the 80s saving the world with his ability to manipulate sound. Unfortunately he's fallen on hard times and can be spotted in the less salubrious parts of London, often stoned or drunk on borrowed money.

To make ends meet he uses his special powers to remix and make deep tech-soul tracks for We Are Woodville and paperecordings which he also runs. The Sweetshop, a new single with 70s crooner Caspa Codina is out in spring 2009 with EPs due later in the year featuring Bajka (Bonobo), George Demure, and Danielle Moore (Crazy P). Let’s hope it gets him back on track.
