Mary Queen Of Scots were a band who wrote and recorded songs from 1991 to 1994. Based in Birmingham, UK and influenced by Sarah Records, Brighter, Another Sunny Day and The Carousel, the music dealt with the eternal tale of love and loss.

A 10 song compilation tape (songs 2 - 11) was released in 1993. A split single (tracks 12 - 14) with Peru was released by Waaaaaah! / Bring On Bull in 1993. Soon after, the song "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" was contributed to the Waaaaaah! / Bring On Bull "Sound Of Music" tribute LP. Songs also made it onto various compilation tapes, most notably, Gerard Mucci's C92 and Bliss/Aquamarine.
