Sly Mongoose is Japans leading instrumental band whose style is a crossover of many genres such as rock, funk, reggae, dub, house, afro etc. one of their most famous songs “snakes and ladders” was released to great acclaim with a Rub’n'Tug mix on Mule earlier. also included on a mix CD by Radio Slave it was one of the defining clubtracks in 2006. the second Sly Mongoose release on Mule is set to become big again. “Bad pulse” features a remix by PADDED CELL ( DC Recordings ), one of the most popular acts of the Nu Disco Scene.
