The Flowers (1979-1980) were a Post-Punk band from Edinburgh, Scotland who recorded for Bob Last's FAST Product and Pop Aural record labels. They featured Hilary Morrison on vocals (also the wife of Bob Last) and drummer Simon Best, who was connected to Leeds Post-Punk pioneers The Mekons and Delta 5. They made their first recorded appearance on FAST Product compilation "Earcom 1" and that was then followed by two singles for Pop Aural. They were also featured on the American and Canadian versions of the FAST singles compilation "Mutant Pop".
