Originally, UC was a separate psy-trance project to OOOD but between 1999-2005 this project was the home for the non-dancefloor aspect of O.O.O.D.'s output.

Playing for more than 7 years now, the trio (at other times a quartet/quintet/sextet) is involved in the free improvisation, jazz, noise, rock, punk, and experimental music communities in DFW and surrounding areas. They have collaborated with other notable musicians such as Carl Smith, Leena Conquest, Alvin Fielder, Douglas Ewart and many more. Their inspiration to play stems from harmolodic theory, hardcore punk ethics, and avant ritualism.
