Trabant has been played on NTS shows including Natalia Panzer, with Mindig mindent first played on 14 January 2023.

There are at least 3 bands named as Trabant: one is an Iceland rock group formed in 2001; the second one was a short-lived underground hungarian alternative group in the '80s, still having cult-status; the other is an Italian band from Trieste.

The Hungarian one: This band was formed in 1980 in Hungary. It was one of the most important Hungarian underground bands. Members were Gábor Lukin, Marietta Méhes and János Vető.
