My NTS
Live now
1
Manchester
18:00 - 20:00

A little bit sweet, a little bit sad, a little bit silly - Lupini keeps it (mainly) horizontal with a mix of dubwise sounds, psychedelic rock, synth-pop and new wave.

2
North Carolina
18:11 - 20:08

New York based artist, musician and NTS resident Rahill presents a two-hour deep dive into Coltrane's prolific volume of work on Impulse, arguably the most important US jazz label of all time.

Public Relations

Public Relations

Public Relations has been played on NTS in shows including Carla Dal Forno, featured first on 27 February 2019. Songs played include Public Relations, Radio and Pelumi.

There are at least three different acts called Public Relations.

Public Relations was an music project from Belgium in 1987-1988, part of the New Beat movement. It was the moniker for Daniël Holderberg, Didier Biot and Patrick Degraeve.

Public Relations is a collaboration of eight musicians from the Dutch scene, a bit of an indie super group, if you will, comprised of Pelumi Adejumo, Ricky Cherim (Meetsysteem), Yulya Divakova (Giant Julie), Marvin Lalihatu (Animistic Beliefs), Adura Sulaiman (Future Husband), Sanam Tahmasebi (Sanamika), Arie van Vliet (Lewsberg) and Yvonne Zeegers. They went to the island of Vlieland in December 2021 and came back with a 19-track self-titled album under their belts. Public Relations (2022) is filled with music, poetry and field recordings. Physical copies also come with a zine about everything the group talked about on the island.

Public Relations is (or was?) an electronic rock band from the Czech Republic.
