Musician and artist Federico Ughi was born in Rome in 1972. He relocated to London at age 21, from there moving to New York City in 1999. He has been based in Brooklyn since 2000.

As a drummer, Federico has a particular interest in group interplay. He has worked to develop a unique and compelling approach to percussion that allows him to focus on melody and foster group sound.
