On 31 January 2018, Paper Dollhouse was a guest on Bleep; and on 8 June 2015 was a guest on Don't Trip w/ Margarita. Paper Dollhouse has been played on NTS over 20 times, featured on 19 episodes and was first played on 19 October 2014.

Paper Dollhouse is the work of Astrud Steehouder (The Rayographs) and Nina Bosnic (formerly of Liberez). It began as a series of demos written on a keyboard and recorded with a dictaphone. Gradually guitars and vocals were added but a lot of the music is very much in a cinematic vein. Blues-inflected psychedelic fairy tales, music for scenes in films that haven't yet happened…

The debut album A Box Painted Black was released on Bird/ Finders Keepers in December 2011, followed by Aeonflower in 2015.
