Brecc

Brecc

Brecc has been played on NTS in shows including Spinee, featured first on 15 September 2023. Songs played include Rave Attack.

Brecc is a powerful DJ and producer. His textured sound is layered with industrialism and violence, pieced together with an enviable attention to detail.

He is Brecc. Producer, DJ, destroyer of worlds. Hailing from the Dutch city of Utrecht, this is an artist always driving forward, as is evident in the music he makes and the dance floors he commands. At first glance his style embodies pure industrial techno kickdrum action, but peel back the layers and you get all manner of texture, violence and attention to detail.

Brecc’s own productions have found their place on a slew of great labels, including 999999999, Sacred Court, Exhale and Black/Plague. Not a man to rest on his laurels however, he is always seeking to develop his sound and find new audiences. Indeed, in his own words: diversity is key.

As a DJ Brecc has so far played all around Europe and is certainly no slouch in the booth. You can expect relentlessly energetic sets from beginning to end, programmed to keep the mind as engaged as the feet.
