P.H.F. is a band from and based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland, NZ), originally the recording project of the band's vocalist, main songwriter and producer Joe Locke. At first, P.H.F. (known as Perfect Hair Forever then, with its name taken from the Adult Swim show of the same name before abbreviating it), was a recording project of Joe Locke's songs recorded in a bathroom in 2008, produced in Locke's own bedroom.
