Exxos has been played on NTS in shows including NTS Guide to…, featured first on 13 March 2024. Songs played include Spice Opera.

Exxos was a French video game development label (part of the larger ERE Informatique) that had a primary focus on releasing games featuring original stories and worlds drawn from the science-fiction genre.

Exxos is also the alias used by French composers Stéphane Picq and Philippe Ulrich for their work on the Dune video game (developed by Cryo Interactive, itself a splinter of ERE Informatique/Exxos after ERE's financial troubles prompted several of its personnel to leave and form Cryo Interactive), which was eventually released to CD as "Dune: Spice Opera" and has since fallen into ownership rights issues regarding potential re-release.
