The Continental Co-ets were an all-girl rock & roll band from Fulda, Minnesota. They formed in 1963 and were comprised of Nancy Hofmann (bass), Mary Jo Hofmann, Vicki Steinman (drums), Carol Goins (guitar), and Carolyn Behr (guitar).
