Daniel Damon Pointer (born February 11, 1999), better known by his stage name BEAR1BOSS, is an American recording artist born in Buffalo, New York and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.

BEAR1BOSS started writing music in high school, eventually releasing his first body of music Quicc Picc in his senior year. At the time he was also engineering for the Freebandz-signed rapper Casino. This ultimately led him to meet 2 Chainz, who accepted him into his camp and mentored him through the starting stages of his rap career.

BOSS is known for his experimental sound he possesses — mixing genres such as pop, rap, electronic, and many more.
