Crochet was first played on NTS on 13 February 2024. Songs played include Friends Who Just Sit and Breath.

Crochet is a screamo band hailing from Las Vegas, comprised of Zach Tarzi (guitar), Jake Adelmund (bass), Abigail Villaruz (vocals), and Gavin Skougard (drums). Their highly anticipated debut LP, "Birth Piece" was released on February 17, 2023 and featured Airon Gauff (vocals) and Mario Garfias (drums).

In recent live performances, Crochet has explored chamber and post-rock elements. Many members of Crochet, past and present, were also a part of free improvised noise/jazz band Body War.
