Lady B has been played on NTS in shows including Giulia Tess, featured first on 22 August 2024. Songs played include Cruising Around Motor City.

There are at least two artists named "Lady B" & it appears that the albums for both may be on here. 1) An early female rapper from Philiadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is of extreme importance in the history of early hip hop as she was one of the first female rappers ever to record hip hop. She recorded "To the Beat Y'All" in 1979.

2) A male DJ who signed on to the French Label F Communications, among other labels.

2)Lady B : Electric artist, militant, inspired, always.

For the past 15 years, this child of Detroit techno and Chicago House has been the protégé of the biggest names. The French label F Communications was the first one to get him signed. Then Internationnal Dj Gigolo, Citizen records, Good Life and Boys Noise all came along.

At the dawn of the 90’s, he opened “Le Barbarella”, a clever concept mixing design with culinary pleasures and electronic music, first in Cannes, then in Barcelona a few years later. With the new millenium came Musique Moderne, followed by its little sister, Interférences. Lady B makes the most of his experience in music production to help launch the career of young upcoming artists.

By the end of this first decade, he starts a new musical project under his real name : Bruno Gauthier. The first is a vocal one with singer/song writer Madga Zagba and it was just signed by Luke Solomon and Derrick Carter for Classics Recordings.
