Hungry Ghosts are a rock band based in Melbourne, Australia. They recorded their debut LP with Rowland S. Howard as producer. They then followed it up with Alone, Alone which was recorded in NYC with Sonic Youth's Steve Shelley. They also released a self titled EP. Hungry Ghosts stopped playing in 2001 and over a decade later reformed in 2012. Members John Brooks (AKA J.P. Shilo), Tim Howden, Jason Boneham, with Nancy Lam (98-00), & Steve Boyle (96-98).
