Al Cohn (Alvin Gilbert Cohn, Brooklyn, New York, November 24, 1925 – Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, February 15, 1988) was an American jazz tenor-saxophonist and arranger and composer.
Al Cohn was initially known in the 1940s for playing in Woody Herman's Second Herd as one of the Four Brothers, along with Zoot Sims, Stan Getz, and Serge Chaloff.
