Magic Shoppe has been played on NTS shows including Loose Bones, with Trip Inside This House first played on 22 September 2024.

Magic Shoppe crawled from the same inspirational lava pool that gave the world Spacemen 3, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Warlocks and “Methodrone” era Brian Jonestown Massacre. In 2010, the band’s live shows left a wake of aural and psychic wreckage throughout their hometown of Boston, Massachusetts.

On April 19th 2011, Toronto-based DIY psych label, Optical Sounds releases the band’s debut full length, Reverberation. Whether constructing rich textures that will melt your face off (Dead Poplar demonstrates the hypnotic elements of treble and reverb)…
