Ann Lewis (アン・ルイス, Ann Lewis, born June 5, 1956 in Hyogo, Japan) is a female rock music singer-songwriter.

Daughter of an U.S. Army Officer, she was born in Hyogo Prefecture Takarazuka City,and grew up in Yokohama City.

She started working at a young age, moving to Roppongi alone at 18.

She debuted as a singer years later in 1971 with the single Shiroi Shuumatsu. At first, she was a gravure idol singer. But that quickly went away as she gained hits like Goodbye My Love in 1974.

In 1980, she married rock singer Kuwana Masahiro for four years. She would take a break from singing to take care of her first born son, Myuuji who was born in 1981.A year later, she would return to show business with the Yamaguchi Momoe penned hit, La Season. She would also gain the hit single Roppongi Shinjuu two years later in 1984 after her divorce from her husband. Since it's release, Roppongi Shinjuu has become a popular tune on her shows and many other artists release covers of the song.

She has worked on theatrical productions and designed stage clothes for some plays, belonging for most of her career to Watanabe Productions talent agency.

Her music activity was restarted at the same time as her self cover album "REBIRTH" was launch on the market on November 23, 2005 though to be assumed her last one, it was revealed that she suffered from panic syndrome, which made her retire to the U.S.

As of today, Ann works on the designing and production of fashion and pet goods without any word of a possible comeback to the music scene.
