Apple Sauce is a progressive metal band from Varese, Italy founded in 2016. The band has been described as quirky and eclectic; as Famined Records' announcement of the band's debut single "That Bird" aptly puts it, Apple Sauce has "a flare for the unique and ridiculous… [they] know how to make a statement and turn heads."

The band consists of vocalist Diego Meraviglia, bassist Loris Menichetti, drummer Nicolò Buganza, and guitarists Luca Perrone and Giacomo Favitta.
