PERESTROIKA is a Japanese visual kei band formed on September 23, 2010 and signed with UNDER CODE PRODUCTION. PERESTROIKA is a new side project by the members of the well-known visual kei band ネガ.

Although the lineup is the same, the members decided to rename themselves into 春人 (Haruto) on vocals, 狛 (Koma) on guitar, 如月 洸一郎 (Kisaragi) on bass and 宙宇介 (Yuusuke) on drums.
