M'mah Sylla (1958- ) is a singer from Guinea, in west Africa, and a member of the famous ensemble Les Amazones de Guinée. Nicknamed the "nightingale of Guinea" ("le Rossignol de Guinée"), she has been an important influence on younger singers. She has recorded with fellow Amazones singers Sona Diabate and Condette Kouyate, as well as with prominent Guinean instrumentalists.
