Popstar has been played on NTS shows including I'm Feeling Lucky w/ umru, with One More Time first played on 14 August 2024.

Popstar are based in Stoke on Trent and put out an extremely odd brand of electronic music. The sound of Popstar takes you through the solid robotic automation of house music, mixes it with the chaotic twisting and grinding of heavily effected guitars and tops it all up with a generous helping of autotune. Think bright colours, drum machines, binge drinking and cut off jeans. And always, always have fun.
