Susan Jacks (born Susan Pesklevits in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, 19 August 1948; died 25 April 2022) was a Canadian singer-songwriter and record producer.
Jacks was one-half of the duo The Poppy Family, which had a number of hits in the late 1960s and early 1970s. She was married at the time to Terry Jacks.
