NTS regular Bill Kouligas has been hosting PAN since 24 April 2013. On 29 January 2015, Bill Kouligas was a guest on CTM Festival 2015. Bill Kouligas has been played on NTS over 20 times, featured on 27 episodes and was first played on 5 February 2015.

Bill Kouligas is a Greek musician, designer and DJ based in Berlin. He is the founder of the record label PAN, which recalibrates perceptions of the avant-garde and electronic dance music. Bill’s insistence on following his own path and passion has won acclaim from thinkers, collectors, and dancers alike, and puts his vision at the forefront of the electronic vanguard. He has released numerous albums under his alias Family Battle Snake between 2006 and 2010. From then on he's mostly dedicated his time to the curating of PAN and his frequent DJ sets. His most recent musical output his is long-form collaboration Lexachast with electronic duo Amnesia Scanner and visual artist Harm van den Dorpel.
