Lil Flash

Lil Flash has been played on NTS shows including License 2 Trill, with Shout To My Ammo first played on 26 February 2015.

Zachary Hergott, professionally known as Lil Flash is hip-hop artist from Chicago,IL. Although he is known for his connection with city Chicago, he was born in Dallas. TX. Lil Flash is a member of Chief Keef’s Glory Boyz Entertainment (also known as Glo Gang and GBE).

In 2010, after his father installed a small studio in their home, Flash began recording music and engineering for himself and friends as a hobby. He quickly generated a buzz for his distinctive sound and self-taught engineering skills that got him noticed by Chief Keef, Capo and Blood Money. Blood Money originally gave him the name “Lil Turn Up” based on his ability to turn up and bring high energy in the studio. Eventually Keef decided he should change his name to the lighting GLO Man Flash which was shortened to Lil Flash. Soon he was recording and engineering for the entire Glo Gang roster for artists including Capo, Keef, Ballout, Fredo Santana and more, ultimately earning his own spot on GBE. He garnered his first Glo Gang hit singing on the hook for one of Capo’s fan-favorite tracks titled “Meet My Mop” and several other popular tracks Glo Gang affiliate Gucci Mane.

In 2015 Flash released his first solo mixtape titled “T’d Up in The Coup” which was met with positive reviews from Glo Gang fans worldwide. Flash released several mixtapes through second half of 2010's. "Art of finesse", "News Flash" featuring song "I hate hoes" with Gucci Mane, "GloDocks", "Capaholics" and trilogy of "Beach bandits" mixtapes. He followed that up in 2018 with "NaruGLO" and "Flash Card" and album "Flash Bandicoot". Between 2019 and 2021 Flash did not release any official project, despite this many of songs from this time were leaked and released unofficialy or were passed around by his fans. In 2021, Lil Flash released two projects, including the EP "Capper of the Year" with producer AB Dinero and the mixtape "25 in the Raq". He also re-released his popular project "March Madness" with a third version in 2022. On Valentine's Day 2023, Lil Flash finally dropped his highly anticipated album "Love is Evol," which had been announced two years earlier. His newest album, "First Tape Out," is exclusively produced by CBMIX and was released in April 2023. Lil Flash announced the album after his release from prison in the summer of 2022.
