*Robin Hayward from Brighton, England, 1969, living in Berlin. He has redefined the tuba’s potential both for noise and microtonality, playing and composing. The microtonal tuba was developed by him in collaboration with the producer B&S. He received dedicated compositions from a.o. Alvin Lucier and Christian Wolff and has toured a lot both as a soloist and in ensembles.

Martin Taxt (No) has played and released albums with Japanese Tetuzi Akiyama and Toshimaru Nakamura. He’s playing in Music for a While, Muringa and Kim Myhr &Trondheim Jazzorkester. Since 2006 he has also run the festival Fri Resonans in Trondheim.

*Kristoffer Lo (No) is playing with Pelbo, Highasakite, Yodok and Sunswitched, and released his solo tuba recording in January 2013. He’s also the board leader of Trondheim Jazzforum.
