Fifth Flight has been played on NTS shows including Acid Memories w/ Astral Vibes, with Summertime first played on 12 February 2025.

According to the back label of Fifth Flight's lone album, 1971's Into Smoke Tree Village, the band was made up of five high school football players who got together to "JAM." The result was a collection of mostly cover songs done in a garage-psychedelic manner.
