Rachel Wallace

Rachel Wallace has been played over 10 times on NTS, first on 29 May 2013. Rachel Wallace's music has been featured on 11 episodes.

Rachel Wallace was an early 1990s Rave/House vocalist from England. She was considered by many fans as the 'unofficial first lady' of Suburban Base Records.

Wallace is best known for 1992 Breakbeat hardcore/Techno classic "Tell Me Why," which was co-produced and co-written by Wallace with Mark Williams and Matt Clayden (aka M&M). Although she had other followups afterwards, "Why" remains her only signature song to this day.
