On the debut episode of Outsider Oldies, take a trip back to the hazy coffee shops and assorted hippie havens that harvested remarkable, often oddball folkies during the 1960s and '70s. This tracklist is stacked with moody tracks from private press LPs and small-run 45s, but a few "loner folk classics" were scattered in for good measure.

Prolific producer + DJ from Melbourne, Australia - Bell Towers presents his Dance Music Show.

C & M Productions

C & M Productions

C & M Productions has been played on NTS shows including Shanti Celeste, with True House (More Filter Mix) first played on 29 September 2014.

C&M Productions is a House-Music DJ/Production team. The name is derived from the initials of Christian Kistler and Marc Zehnder.

Having shaken the Underground music scene to its foundations, C&M Productions is now on the brink of taking True House Music even further out, not just to the four corners of the world, but beyond.

In 1990, Marc met C -- an inspired 21-year-old Christian Kistler -- a young would-be producer also hopelessly infected with this incurable dance-music virus. Marc shared his production skills with Christian and, after much practising and endless experiments in the studio, they recorded their first mix together 'for fun'. And so 'the Mixfactory' was born. By 1992, definitive C&M mixes were on the playlists of all the major local radio stations.

Six years later, Chris and Marc produced their first 'serious' recordings under the name of 'the Dub-House-Duo'. Frustrated by an unseemly lack of response from the major import record labels, C&M returned to the desk to create a ground-breaking track, one that would take the Underground House Movement by storm, and thus their classic 'Spanish Lesson' was born. Martyn Ebsworthy, a friend and an astute dealer in vinyl, sent the tape to a distributor. Before long, London record label owner Mr. D.B. picked up on C&M's exciting new vibe and a new sub-label for their tracks, Urban-House-Traxx, was born, the rest is history as they say.

And now, as we bravely enter the 21st century, C&M continues to bring us their special Music For The People -- together, behind the desk , creating inspirational True House Music with a KhaiMar vibe.

In the few short years since they first appeared on the underground dance radar, C&M have managed to appear on such labels as Deep Touch, SFP, NiteGroove, Defected, Byte, 4Records, Urban House Traxx, Harlequin Recordings, Step Ahead Records, Neat Music, Decibel and Purple Music. We are sure that this is just the begining of their musical journey.

Since more then 6 years C&M are also known for theyr excellent On-Line Mixshows. They are producing, almost monthly, a new Mix with the freshest tunes on the globe. Some of the fans are calling it "the best sounding House-Mixes" on the WorldWideWeb. Just try them and you will be hooked forever.

… it's all about the music … the music only …
