Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra has been played on NTS in shows including Westward Ho! w/ Ashley Wales, featured first on 21 February 2017. Songs played include Peter And The Wolf, Op. 67, They All March Together, Peter, Then The Hunters With The Wolf and Elizabethan Serenade.

The Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1929 and was formerly known as the Czecho-Slovak Radio (CSR) Symphony Orchestra.

The orchestra is managed by Slovak Radio which is the Slovak national public service radio broadcaster based in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.
