Column has been played on NTS over 20 times, featured on 20 episodes and was first played on 13 July 2015.

There are two artists that go by the name of Column.

1) Column is an electronic duo from Copenhagen, Denmark. Column consists of Nino Orio on guitars, vocals and Janine Neble on lead vocals. Column was formed in 1995.

The universe surrounding Column has always been dark, gothic and electric, and from the very start in 1995, Column were one of the main actors in the gothic and performative arts movement that took place in Copenhagen in the early and mid 90s.

Since their first release Column has been working with Danish producer Joshua, who has also produced Kent, Mew and Raveonettes.

Column will be releasing a new album in autumn 2008.

2) Column consists of Rory McCarthy (infinite bisous) and his brother Jake. Their sole album, A Year in Your Garden, is dedicated to the memory of Jake McCarthy.
