The Howling Hex has been played on NTS in shows including The Cosmic Principle w/ Nick Mitchell Maiato, featured first on 3 April 2016. Songs played include 300 Days of Sunshine, Centerville Springs and Sundays Are Ruined Again.

The Howling Hex is an American rock band founded in New Mexico, US by guitarist Neil Michael Hagerty (formerly of Royal Trux and Pussy Galore). Hagerty has claimed that the Howling Hex are the key proponents of a musical style known as 'The New Border Sound'.
