Incontrollabili Serpenti was a post-punk / new wave band from Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The band was founded by Cristina Luppi and Enrico Degli Esposti in the mid-1980s. Around the project, in the time, different members changed, but the two founders remained the constant core of the band. They played an energetic rock wave with good post-punk bases. The themes in the songs were often about ecological and environmental issues, a very rare thing for the Italian wave context. Often with a dark scent, at the end of their discographic production they added some industrial inserts in their songs. The band stops in 1994 after the publication of their last and self-titled EP. Enrico (Era) and Cristina continue to work as artistic and executive producers on different audio/video projects for the music label O.D.V. OlgaDischiVolanti. In the last years they continued as Incontrollabili Serpenti, publishing new music: Black-Out, CO-ZONE2 and the EP Demo in Casa Trevisani 92. The latest single is No Non Farti Fare del Male. Many other projects are coming soon!
