Haizea has been played on NTS in shows including Launette's Hour , featured first on 16 August 2017. Songs played include Argizagi Ederra, Kolores Busti Nauzu and Loa Loa.

Haizea were a five-piece Progressive folk group from the Basque region of Spain. Their sound could be described as psychedelic electric folk, the instrumentation comprised guitars, bass, drums, flute, assorted percussion, and the beautiful voice of Amaia Zubiria.

Haizea released two albums; The self-titled "Haizea" - 1975, is a more conventional psych folk ballad oriented album with lovely male/female vocal harmonies.
