The Bien has been played on NTS shows including Lil Mofo, with Huge Box first played on 12 September 2017.

The Bien is an obscure Japanese synth pop band from the ’80s. The name could translate as ”the beautiful flame”. It consisted of three members: Takeshi Suzuki, Chiko and Shu (last names missing).
